Steps


In a bowl , combine the cantaloupe , honeydew melon , pepper , basil , lemon or lime juice , and sugar.
Toss to mix.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Toss before serving.
If desired , pick out and discard the pepper strips before serving.
