Honey Balsamic Glaze Marinade

Steps
Bring vinegar and honey to boil over medium-high heat.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in ketchup , garlic , oil and rosemary , reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in lemon zest and pepper.
Cool completely , will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
