Authentic Fresh Guacamole
This recipe is a variation on a recipe i found on avocado.org. all of the ingredients are fresh which makes for a great authentic guacamole. plus, avocado.org also taught me that avocados are great for regulating blood sugar and cholesterol! as if we need an excuse to eat guacamole...
Steps
Cut avocados into halves.
Pit and peel the avocado halves.
Combine avocados and remaining ingredients in medium-large bowl.
With a fork , mash avocados and mix in ingredients to desired consistency.
