Hearty Chili
Also called one-point chili since it's a low-calorie highly spiced chili full of veggies. makes enough chili to last for days, so freeze some portions for later. for the chili seasonings, try 2 alarm chili seasoning packets to add that extra kick and make a really thick chili.
Steps
Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat.
Add the turkey and onion and saute until browned , about 10 minutes.
Transfer the browned turkey and onion mixture to a large soup pot and add the tomatoes , zucchini , squash , beans , broth , celery , bell peppers and chili seasonings.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Continue to simmer until the vegtables are tender , about 20 minutes.
