Healthy Smoothie
Trying to lower cholesterol levels, i got tired of eating oatmeal everyday, so i came up with this smoothie that includes ingredients that are supposed to lower your cholesterol - oatmeal, orange juice and cinnamon. I don't dread breakfast anymore as this creamy concoction is really tasty and i know it's good for me! The banana supplies the potasium i need each day. Cook time is the blending time, which i estimated.
Steps
Place all ingredients into blender.
Mix until well blended and serve in a tall glass.
