Healthy No Bake Protein Cookies
Delicious high protein snack and good for you!!
Steps
Heat peanut butter and honey in microwave until runny , then add all else.
Mix well , form into balls and cool.
I used a combination of dried cherries and dried apricots.
You could use anything that you like.
