Healthier Pumpkin Muffins


I love muffins and the fall! Nothing says fall like pumpkin muffins. my family is trying to eat a little healthier so i'm beginning to learn to use ingredients like wheat flour, oats, and apple sauce. this came from experimenting with a few recipes .

Steps


Blend pumpkin , water , eggs , butter and applesauce.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture until just mixed.
Fill greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
