Hazelnut Coffee Shake
Adapted from weight watchers magazine. This shake point value = 3.
Steps
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled tall glass.
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon , serve immediately.
