Gringo Chili


A more healthful, more tangy alternative to beef chili.

Steps


In a large skillet , cook turkey , onion and garlic over medium heat until turkey loses its pink color.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Cover , reduce heat and simmer 15 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
