Asparagus With Hazelnut Vinaigrette
This makes a nice appetizer or side dish
Steps
Steam asparagus for 5 minutes until crisp tender.
Mix shallots , vinegar , mustard , and oil.
Pour over asparagus , top with toasted nuts.
