Asparagus With Grainy Mustard Dressing


Serve hot or cold.

Steps


Trim tough ends off asparagus.
Cook until just tender in a saucepan of boiling salted water.
Drain and place on serving dish.
Shake or whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over asparagus.
