Green Beans Greek Style


A simple and tasty green bean casserole with tomatoes. Serve as a vege side for 4 to 6 people

Rinse the beans in cool water and cut of the.
Using a saucepan , saut the onions in the olive olive until softened.
Add the garlic and saute for a few further minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir well.
Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for around 50 minutes , or until the beans are tender.
You may need to add more water if needed throughout this time.
