Asparagus And Shrimp Salad
A delicious salad. California delta region grows 70 precent of the nations aspargus.
Steps
Cook aspargus until just tender.
Drain.
Combine with shrimp , lemon , onion , and parsley.
Pour dressing over all.
Cover and chill.
To serve , drain and pile on top of lettuce leaves.
Garnish with egg and tomato wedges.
Serve.
