Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Steps


In a large skillet , heat oil over medium heat.
Add ground turkey and ginger and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Stir in hoisin sauce and stir while cooking.
Add carrots and bell pepper and saut about 2 minutes.
Spoon hot turkey mixture onto each lettuce leaf , sprinkle with cucumber and scallions.
Wrap lettuce around filling and serve.
