Asian Turkey Burger
A delicious, moist turkey burger
Steps
In a large bowl , combine the turkey , applesauce , hoisin and soy sauces , sesame oil , ginger , garlic , scallions and salt and pepper to taste.
Form the meat into 6 patties.
Lightly brush a grill pan or skillet with the sesame oil and place over medium-high heat.
Add the patties and fry until golden , about 4 minutes.
Turn and cook until the other side is golden and the turkey is cooked through , about 5 minutes.
Transfer to a bun.
Serve immediately.
