Glazed Nectarines With Chocolate Sauce
A quick, easy and tasty recipe. Serve it with ice tea.
Steps
Carefully remove and discard the pits from the nectarines or peaches , leaving the fruit whole.
For glaze , in a medium skillet combine the marmalade , margarine or butter and orange juice.
Heat over medium heat just until margarine and marmalade are melted.
Add fruit.
Spoon glaze over fruit.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 7 to 9 minutes or until fruit is tender , gently stirring once.
To serve , divide fruit among 4 dessert dishes.
Spoon glaze and chocolate topping over fruit.
