Gingered Pork With Peaches
I've been making this for years. Not sure where i originally came across the recipe. For a change i often serve over cooked plain ramen noodles instead of the rice.
Steps
Cut fat from tenderloin.
Cut into 2 inch s.
Toss pork with oil , tamari , ginger , cornstarch , pepper , and garlic.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in 10 inch skillet until oil covers pan.
Stir fry pork and almonds 6 to 8 minutes until pork is brown.
Add chicken broth , peaches , and onion.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
