Ginger Beef


This is from the diana liu cookbook. This one's for the ginger lovers out there.

Steps


Marinate meat in cornstarch , sherry , egg white , sesame oil , msg , soy sauce and sugar for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in frying pan until hot.
Stir-fry green onions and ginger for 1 minute.
Add meat mixture and stir-fry for 5 more minutes.
Add water and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve hot.
