Gf Baked Blackberry Chicken
A delicious and easy recipe that has a slight oriental twist to it. Serve with rice with lime, green onions and cilantro and some steamed green beans and you'll have a healthy dinner everyone will love. Free of wheat, dairy, nuts and eggs.
Steps
Mix everything except the chicken until lumps are gone and it forms a smooth sauce.
Marinate chicken in blackberry sauce overnight.
Discard marinade.
Bake in a 350 oven for 40 minutes.
Grill under the broiler to crisp the skin for about 3-4 minutes.
