Steps

Ina bowl , combine allthe ingredients except the kaiser rolls , and mix well.

Fo9rm into 4 patties.

Cook in skillet , or grill over medium heat until brown on one side.

Turn and repeat , sprinkling with salt , and pepper if desired.

Spread buns with mayonnaise , and topping of your choice.
