Frosted Brownies

These are the best brownies that i have ever tasted!!! It's pretty simple to make and i am sure everyone will love them! this is also from one of my favorite cookbooks-the breast of friends...

Steps

Mix all brownie ingredients.

Bake in a greased 9x11 inch pan at 350f for 20-25 minutes.

While brownies are baking , mix all icing ingredients together.

Set aside.

Immediately ice brownie with icing while still hot.

butter, brown sugar, cocoa, eggs, flour, icing sugar, boiling water, vanilla
