Fried Perch


Crispy tender fried perch.

Steps


Heat skillet fryer with hot oil.
Mix flour , cornmeal , beer , salt pepper and seasonings until a batter consistency.
Coat filets with batter.
Deep fry til golden brown.
Approx 3 minutes per side.
