Of your supermarket.this pizza is very rustic, and very similar to true pizza, in italy.the fresh ingredients are essential to how good this is.

Steps


Preheat oven to 450f shape pizza dough ball into 6-8 inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
Place dough on a piece of prachment paper.
Fold up edges of dough , forming a 1 inch border.
Brush oil evenly over dough with a pastry brush , or drizzle evenly over dough.
Cover pizza dough circle loosely with plastic wrap , and let rise in warm place , free from drafts , 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat pizza stone or heavy baking sheet 10 to 12 minutes in oven.
Remove and discard plastic wrap from dough.
Layer tomato , and next 3 ingredients evenly.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Carefully transfer dough on parchment paper to pizza stone.
Bake at 450f for 10 minutes or until crust is golden.
