Artichoke Salsa
Artichoke hearts, with tomato, olives, onion, and basil, is a great new twist on 'salsa'.
Steps
In a medium bowl , mix together the artichoke hearts , tomatoes , onion , olives , garlic , salt , and pepper.
Serve chilled , or at room temperature , with tortilla chips.
