French Fried Onion Pork Chops

These porkchops are cripsy and delicious! and this recipe is wonderfully simple!

Mix egg and milk in a bowl.

In another bowl , mix flour and onions.

Dredge porkchops in egg / milk wash followed by flour / onion coating.

Fry until golden.
