Freezer Coleslaw
This was handed down to me from my mom.
Steps
Mix veggies with salt.
Let stand one hour.
Squeeze out juice.
Set aside.
Boil vinegar , sugar and seeds.
Cool.
Mix with veggies.
Put into small freezer proof containers.
