Four Bean Chilli
Adapted from a 2007 edition of australian good taste
Steps
Heat oil , cook celery and onion.
Cook about 6 minutes till soft.
Add garlic and chilli , cook 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and beans , bring to boil.
Simmer 20 minutes , add lime juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with sour cream and chopped coriander on top.

olive oil, celery ribs, red onion, garlic cloves, chili powder, chopped tomatoes, four-bean mix, lime juice, sour cream, coriander
