Fish Sticks



Steps


Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
Cut fish into 8 stick-shaped pieces.
In small bowl , whisk together egg and milk until foamy.
Place bread in a plastic bag and crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
Measure 1 cup of crumbs and combine with pepper , parsley and paprika.
Dip fish into egg mixture and coat with crumb mixture.
Place on a nonstick baking dish and squeeze lemon juice evenly over fish sticks.
Bake 20 minutes.
