Finnish Mushroom Salad

Steps
Combine the ingredients for the dressings , set aside.
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan.
Saute mushrooms until soft.
Add the mushrooms in with the salad greens , pour over dressing.
Toss to coat.
