Finnish Carrots


This is a marvelous dish from the lion's club cookbook

Steps


Boil rice in salted water until almost tender.
Drain.
Boil carrots.
Let cool and grate.
Butter a 2 qt casserole.
Combine all ingredients and pour mixture into casserole.
Dot with butter and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
