Fiery Meat Eater's Delight
I found this recipe in gourmet magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but i'm posting it for safe keeping.
Steps
Combine oil , lime juice , and tabasco pepper sauce in a shallow , non-aluminum dish.
Stir in wine , dry mustard , salt , and herbs.
Let steaks stand in marinade for five hours , turning once.
