Fantabulous Meatloaf

This is a fantastic comfort food. Applesauce is the secret ingredient to a moist, wholesome meatloaf the family will love.

Steps

---

In a food processer , mix together all ingredients except the bacon and ketchup.

---

:pulse mix about 9 or 10 pulses.

---

Remove from processer and place in muffin tins or cake pan.

---

Put 1 slice of bacon on top of meat mixture.

---

Bake 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven.

---

Remove from oven and top with ketchup.

---

Place back in the oven to bake for an additional 15 minutes or until ketchup is hot and thick.
