Egg Fried Rice

Steps


Thaw frozen peas.
Drain in colander.
Combine eggs and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat a wok over high heat until hot.
Add the oil and when it is hot and slightly smoking , turn the heat to medium and add the eggs.
Stir fry the eggs for 2 minutes , then add the cooked rice and stir fry for 3 minutes , mixing well.
Then add the peas , salt and pepper.
Stir fry 5 minutes over high heat.
Add spring onions and bean sprouts and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Turn onto a platter and serve at once.
