Easy Healthy Tasty Cheesecake W Yogurt
I love cheese cake, but i dont wanna eat heavy, creamy sugary cake.... So i decided to make it lighter and healthier by using non-fat yogurt and low-fat cream cheese. Eat as much as you want and feel less guilty!!!!
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
In a large bowl , mix room-temperatured cream cheese , butter , yogurt , and sugar until smooth.
Add slightly beaten eggs , flour , and lemon juice , mixing just enough to incorporate.
Pour filling into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 min to 1 hours let the cake cool in oven with the door closed.
Chill in refrigerator until serving.
