Easy Popovers

I have not tried this. I'm posting it for a board request for an easy to make popover recipe.it certainly fits the easy bill :)

Mix the eggs.

Add the milk , salt sugar and flour and hand mix for one minute.

Do not over-mix !.

Pre-heat popover pan with teaspoon vegetable oil in each cup for 10 minutes.

When hot , fill each cup with popover mix 3 / 4 full.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for an additional 35 minutes.

Be sure popovers are cooked inside to prevent collapsing.

Always use a cookie sheet as a drip pan for excess grease when the popover pops !.
