Easy Cream Of Tomato Soup
This recipe is from foodtv. It is so simple, yet delicious, it is great for those nights you don't really feel like cooking. It's great with grilled cheese!!
Steps
Melt butter in dutch oven.
Blend in flour until smooth.
Pour in tomato juice and stir until it thickens.
Stir in baking soda.
Add milk , sugar , and salt.
Heat thoroughly.
Divide into bowls and top with cheese.
This soup does not curdle.
