Easy Corn Chowder


This recipe is quick and easy .

Steps


Melt butter in pot.
Add onions and carrots until soft.
Add garlic until slighty brown.
Mix in flour and cook it for 1-2 min.
Pour in chicken stock and wisk so that theres no lumps.
Let boil and add in corn and half and half.
Let boil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
