Dressing For Spinach Salad

While i sometimes mix up the ingredients in my spinach salad to accommodate what is on hand and fresh, i always use the same dressing. This is a real favorite for us. I usually use fresh baby spinach, diced red onion, sliced strawberries and pecans in my salad. I sometimes swap out sliced kiwi or even mandarin oranges for the strawberries. Enjoy!!
