Apple Oat Coffee Cake

Steps

Heat oven to 350f degrees.

Grease square pan , 9 9 2 inches.

Prepare oat streusel.

---

Set aside.

---

Beat remaining ingredients except apples in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds , scraping bowl frequently.

Beat on medium speed 2 minutes , scraping bowl occasionally.

---

Stir in apples.

---

Spread half of the batter in pan.

---

Sprinkle with half of the streusel.

---

Top with remaining batter.

---

Sprinkle with remaining streusel.

---

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

---

Serve warm.

---

Garnish with apple slices.
