This is supposed to be for cheesecake but tastes to die for and if it makes it unscathed to your cheesecake i commend your self-control or question your tastebuds. I hope no one takes that as a challenge and you'll agree with me!!

Steps

Cream sugars and butter in bowl on medium speed.

Add water and vanilla.

---

Gradually add flour.

---

Stir in chips.

---

If using for cheesecake drop teaspoons in filling and gently push dough below surface.
