Donna B's Meatballs


The best meatballs i have ever eaten were from a friend who is a fabulous cook. hope you like them. One note on the bread crumbs, if you use extra lean beef you will only need about 1 cup of the breadcrumbs if you use a fattier ground beef you will need more. all depends on the fat content.

Steps


To start soak the bread in milk or water enough to cover it.
Mix the hamburger , parsley , italian seasoning , pepper , salt , hot sausage , cheeses , eggs and garlic.
Squeeze out the water or milk and add to the other ingredients.
Then add the bread crumbs , 1 cup at a time until mixture holds its shape.
Form into balls and put into a preheated 400 oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
