Blend together ice cream , light cream , pineapple , frozen orange juice concentrate and banana.

Add ice cubes , one at a time until mixture is thick and foamy.

Sprinkle 1 / 2 teaspoon of toasted coconut on top of each serving.

Serve immediately.
