Delicious Tomato Vodka Cream Sauce
The is delicious over a hearty noodle. I have been tinkering with this recipe for years and finally may have gotten it right.
Steps
Chop tomatoes and set aside.
Lightly saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add tomatoes.
Gently stir in cream and vodka.
Add basil.
Salt and pepper to taste.

roma tomatoes, olive oil, heavy cream, vodka, fresh basil, minced garlic cloves, onion, salt and pepper
