Delicious Graham Apple Coffee Cake

This cake can be served warm or cold, it is simply amazing!!

Set oven to 350 degrees.

For the topping: combine all ingredients.

Set aside.

To make the cake: in a large bowl , combine the graham cracker crumbs , flour , brown sugar , baking powder , cinnamon and salt.

Add in the butter or margarine and milk.

Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

Add in eggs.

Beat for another 2 minutes more.

Spread batter in a greased 9-inch square baking pan.

Sprinkle the chopped apples on top of the batter.

Then sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the apples.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.
