Apple Spice Hummus


A delightful fall appetizer.

Steps


In a blender , blend: garbanzo beans , chopped apple , lemon juice , peanut butter , water , salt , apple pie spice and cayenne pepper , until smooth and creamy.
Cover and refrigerate up to three days.
Before serving , sprinkle the dip with cayenne pepper.
Serve with apple slices , wheat crackers , and crisped pita wedges.
