Dark Chocolate Butterscotch Brownies
Dense, rich brownies made with bittersweet chocolate
Steps
Melt together butter and unsweetend chocolate in microwave , stir until smooth , then cool slightly.
In a large bowl , combine sugar and chocolate mixture.
Stir in egg whites and vanilla.
Stir in flour.
Stir in the chips.
Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Melt together chips and butter , stir until smooth.
Spread over warm brownies.
Cool completely before cutting.
