Apple Rice Pilaf
I love to serve this with a rotisserie chicken and green beans.
Steps
Saute onions and apple in butter until tender.
Add apple juice and bring to a boil.
Add rice , salt , and thyme and simmer on low for 15 minutes or until almost done.
Add broth and simmer until absorbed.
