Crock Pot Minestrone Soup


Yummy and healthy! Also freezes really well--if you stubstitue fresh tomatoes its a great way to preserve some summer garden produce

Steps


Combine beans , broth , and water in a large crockpot and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until beans are tender.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Yummy topped with grated parmesan cheese.
