Apple Oat Muffins
Healthy and yummy muffins perfect for a snack or part of a complete breakfast!!
Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Coat muffin tin with cooking spray.
Place apples on paper towels and squeeze until barely moist.
Set aside.
Combine flour and next 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Stir with a whisk make a well in the center of mixture.
In another bowl , whisk together milk , oil , vanilla , yogurt , and egg.
Add to well of flour mixture , stirring just until moist.
Stir in apples.
Spoon batter in muffin cups.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until muffins spring back when touched lightly in center.
Remove muffins immediately and cool on wire rack.
