Creamy Tater Tot Hotdish

This old favorite is even better comfort food with the extra-creamy sauce. I've developed it over the years by tweaking old recipes i'd found. Everyone loves it.

Steps

---

Brown and drain the beef with onion.

---

Salt and pepper to taste.

---

Place meat in sprayed 2 quart casserole.

---

Optional: top with vegies.

---

Pour tater tots over beef.

---

Mix together soup , sour cream , and milk.

---

Pour sauce mixture evenly over tater tots.

---

Top with shredded cheese.

---

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 45 minutes.
